About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver with Nussbaum, you'll spend your time on the open road hauling freight in dry van equipment across regional and national lanes. Key Responsibilities

• Operate dry van equipment safely over the road, covering long-haul routes reliably and on schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your truck and trailer in top condition.
• Complete pickups and deliveries while protecting freight and meeting customer expectations.
• Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate clearly with dispatch throughout each trip.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• A commitment to safe driving practices and a clean, professional record.
• Comfort with extended over-the-road schedules and time away from home.
• Strong reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Pay & Bonuses

• First-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on your experience.
• A $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in installments: $1,000 after you complete orientation, $1,000 at the three-month mark, and $1,000 at six months.
