About the Role
Nussbaum Transportation is actively seeking experienced OTR Dry Van Company Drivers to join our team in Limeport, Lehigh County. This is a full-time, over-the-road position hauling dry van freight across long-haul lanes. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a dry van tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on over-the-road, long-haul routes
- Transport freight to scheduled destinations while meeting delivery timelines
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and represent Nussbaum professionally with customers
- Prioritize safety, road awareness, and the secure handling of every load
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Verifiable over-the-road or dry van driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to spend extended time on the road as required by OTR routes
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
