OTR Dry Van Company Driver

Nussbaum Transportation is actively recruiting full-time OTR Dry Van Company Drivers to join its fleet out of Adams, Lawrence County — bringing its faith-and-family culture to experienced CDL-A professionals ready for a long-term driving career.

About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver at Nussbaum, you'll operate late-model equipment hauling dry van freight across long-haul lanes throughout the US. This is a full-time, seat-in-the-truck position based out of Adams, Lawrence County — not a remote or local role.

What You'll Do

• Transport dry van loads safely and on time across OTR routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs in full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery confirmations
• Uphold company safety standards and DOT regulations at every mile
• Represent Nussbaum professionally at shipper and receiver facilities

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Prior OTR or dry van experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time performance
• Ability to work independently while staying accountable to dispatch and scheduling requirements

Compensation & Bonuses

• First-year earning potential of $76,000–$92,000, depending on experience
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus paid in installments: $1,000 after orientation, $1,000 at 3 months, and $1,000 at 6 months
• Insurance benefits included as part of the compensation package
