Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a dry van tractor-trailer on over-the-road (OTR) routes

- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required driving documentation
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and uphold Nussbaum's standards of professionalism
Qualifications
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A)
- Willingness to run over-the-road routes as a full-time company driver
- A commitment to safe driving practices and dependable service
- Prior dry van or OTR experience is valued, as first-year pay scales with experience
Pay & Bonus
- Competitive first-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on experience
- A $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 increments upon successful completion of orientation, at the three-month mark, and again at six months
