About the Role

As an Oracle HCM Implementation Manager within our national consulting practice, you'll take ownership of payroll-focused projects spanning the full implementation lifecycle. You'll drive strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of complex Oracle HCM solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead Oracle HCM and payroll implementation projects from planning through go-live and optimization
• Partner with clients to define requirements, architect solutions, and manage scope and timelines
• Build and mentor consulting teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
• Oversee payroll configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption strategies
• Translate complex business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
• Manage client relationships, communicate project progress, and deliver insights that drive measurable value
• Contribute to the evolution of EY's Oracle Services practice and delivery methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Oracle HCM implementations with demonstrated payroll expertise
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and enterprise software best practices
• Leadership experience managing technical and consulting teams on large-scale projects
• Strong client-facing communication and strategic problem-solving capabilities
