What You'll Do
- Direct full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, with primary focus on financial management and supply chain management modules
- Build and mentor consulting teams, developing junior resources while maintaining project delivery excellence
- Partner with clients to define business requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption of NetSuite capabilities
- Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes on schedule and within budget
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend best-practice configurations aligned with client strategy
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical and functional challenges during implementations
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Oracle NetSuite, particularly in finance and supply chain domains
- Proven ability to lead teams in a consulting environment and mentor professional staff
- Deep functional knowledge of financial management processes, accounting, and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and client management capabilities across all organizational levels
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in a professional services setting
