Senior Data Analyst

Kelly Services is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst for a full-time position in Reading, Middlesex County. You'll join an innovative robotics company that's transforming automotive service delivery through intelligent automation, computer vision, and data-driven system optimization.

About the Role

This is a hands-on data analytics position supporting a robotics startup reimagining tire and wheel service operations. The company deploys advanced automation and machine vision technology to modernize how automotive service centers operate at scale. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be central to extracting insights from complex robotic systems, improving system performance, and guiding product development through rigorous data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Analyze operational data from deployed robotic systems to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Process and interpret computer vision pipeline outputs to refine system accuracy and reliability
• Build dashboards and automated reporting systems that track key performance metrics across live systems
• Design and conduct A/B tests to validate improvements to automation workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings for team knowledge sharing
• Support predictive modeling efforts that enhance system decision-making and deployment strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional data analysis experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python, R, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data pipelines and analytical dashboards
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
• Familiarity with robotics, computer vision, IoT systems, or hardware-software integration (preferred but not required)
• Clear communication skills—ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed work style with comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
