Strategy & Transactions Strategy Senior Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a Strategy & Transactions Strategy Senior Consultant for a full-time position in our Stamford, Fairfield County office. In this role, you'll lead high-impact consulting engagements, helping organizations navigate complex business transformations, strategic initiatives, and critical transitions.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant within our Strategy & Transactions practice, you'll be at the forefront of delivering integrated advisory solutions. You'll work across the full spectrum of strategic challenges—from initial strategy development and business case creation through successful execution and transformation management. Your work will span mergers and acquisitions, cost optimization, organizational restructuring, infrastructure and real estate strategy, and business model innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex strategy and transaction engagements
• Develop financial models, including valuation analyses and cost-benefit assessments
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
• Create comprehensive business cases and implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
• Support due diligence activities and post-acquisition integration planning
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for engagement teams
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of strategy consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business transformation, or M&A
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client engagements
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Stamford, Fairfield County area
