We're hiring a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead growth initiatives across our data center partnership portfolio. About the Role

As Strategic Accounts Manager for GCG, you'll own the relationship lifecycle with colocation providers, hyperscale data center operators, and channel distribution partners. Your work bridges discovery and deployment: you'll help customers and partners identify infrastructure requirements, evaluate sourcing options, and successfully execute critical infrastructure projects. Success here means building trust with decision-makers, uncovering new growth vectors within accounts, and ensuring each partnership generates sustainable value.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute account strategies with major colocation and hyperscale operators to identify expansion and retention opportunities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners, understanding their infrastructure priorities and translating those into solutions and revenue momentum
  • Guide partners through planning, sourcing, and deployment phases of critical infrastructure projects
  • Forecast pipeline activity and manage account health metrics to support consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align product capabilities, delivery capacity, and customer expectations
  • Identify channel and distribution opportunities in the data center ecosystem

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of account management, business development, or sales experience in infrastructure, technology, or B2B partnership environments
  • Working knowledge of data center operations, colocation models, or hyperscale infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and close large or strategic deals
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and communication skills
  • Comfort with direct client engagement and the ability to think strategically about long-term partnership value
