About the Role
As a Senior Manager in our Oracle Services practice, you'll oversee the delivery of NetSuite solutions that drive financial operations and supply chain excellence. You'll manage complex engagements, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives seeking to modernize their finance and SCM systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead Oracle NetSuite implementations and optimization projects for mid-market and enterprise clients
- Develop and execute finance and supply chain transformation strategies aligned with client business goals
- Manage project teams including business analysts, technical resources, and functional experts
- Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis for complex business processes
- Drive business cases and ROI documentation for consulting engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle and beyond
- Mentor junior consultants and guide professional development within the practice
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise resource planning, financial systems, or supply chain consulting
- Demonstrated expertise implementing or optimizing Oracle NetSuite solutions
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting processes, and procurement workflows
- Proven ability to lead and motivate consulting teams through complex, multi-phase projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional certifications (CPA, Big Four or comparable consulting background, or Oracle NetSuite certification) are valuable
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
