About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead AI and data engineering initiatives from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions meet performance and business requirements
- Architect robust, scalable data pipelines and analytics systems that integrate seamlessly with client environments
- Guide technical strategy, recommend emerging tools and methodologies, and drive adoption of engineering best practices
- Mentor and develop engineers on your team, fostering technical growth and collaborative problem-solving
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into engineered solutions and measurable outcomes
- Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and ensure solution quality across the team
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and validate delivery
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI/ML systems design
- Proven track record leading or mentoring technical teams and managing complex projects
- Strong expertise in modern data technologies, cloud platforms, and engineering best practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing solutions that operate reliably in production at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
- Up to 60% travel may be required to support client engagements
