Join Oracle's NetSuite team as an Account Manager for our Emerging Markets division, based in Trenton, Mercer County. About the Role
You'll serve as the primary business partner to established and growing accounts in emerging markets using NetSuite's comprehensive cloud ERP platform. This role combines strategic account management with consultative selling—identifying client expansion opportunities, ensuring adoption success, and driving revenue growth through client satisfaction and upsell initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account plans for assigned NetSuite clients in emerging market territories
- Drive client retention and expansion by understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions
- Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and long-term customer success
- Identify cross-sell and upgrade opportunities within your book of business
- Build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels and serve as the voice of the customer internally
- Meet revenue targets and report on account health, pipeline activity, and business metrics
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise software accounts and complex B2B client relationships
- Understanding of cloud-based business applications, ERP systems, or SaaS business models
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client business needs into product value
- Experience working in or selling to emerging markets preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of exceeding account targets and driving customer expansion
