We're hiring full-time drivers to operate our ready-mix fleet and serve the region's construction community.
About the Role
As a Concrete Mixer Driver, you'll operate a ready-mix concrete truck, transporting and distributing concrete to job sites across Hopkinsville and the surrounding area. This is a hands-on position that combines driving, equipment operation, and direct customer interaction—all critical to keeping construction projects on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete delivery truck safely and professionally
- Navigate to job sites and deliver concrete while maintaining quality and timeliness
- Inspect truck equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards before and after each shift
- Communicate with site supervisors and customers to coordinate delivery logistics
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanings
- Adhere to all federal and state DOT regulations and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work full-time, including potential overtime opportunities
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role—prior ready-mix experience is helpful but not required
