National Sales Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance services organization in their search for a National Sales Executive to drive growth of specialty warranty products across North America. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai partners with established firms in the specialty insurance sector. For this role, you'll work directly with dealership networks to expand market penetration and deliver revenue growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales, growth, and development of extended warranty product offerings within your assigned region
• Establish and consistently exceed sales targets, metrics, and quarterly goals
• Engage dealership enterprises at multiple levels to secure sustainable market share growth
• Develop and execute territory-specific business plans using defined sales processes
• Segment dealers by size and prioritize growth opportunities with assigned accounts
• Maintain acceptable inbound and outbound call volumes while managing remote territory
• Deliver telephone and electronic training to dealer sales teams, identifying coaching opportunities to maximize effectiveness
• Lead new product rollouts, conducting product and sales training across your dealer network
• Participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and dealer-sponsored events (some travel required)
• Gather competitive intelligence for strategic planning purposes
• Manage assigned SG&A budget and control cost of sales
• Maintain all required licensing and certifications per company and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in insurance, warranty, or dealership channels
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently
• Strong territory management skills with ability to prioritize accounts effectively
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
• Comfortable delivering virtual training and coaching to remote teams
• Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and client meetings
• Current or ability to obtain required insurance licenses
