Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

We are representing a confidential client in the fleet technology sector who is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with mid-market accounts while helping fleet operators optimize their operations through innovative mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase account penetration
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing timely, thorough solutions
• Develop comprehensive understanding of fleet management solutions and how they address customer challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and materials that increase the quality and efficiency of customer support
• Drive strategic add-on and renewal business with assigned accounts
• Build long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with mid-market clients
• Proactively identify account risks and implement churn reduction strategies
• Appropriately escalate issues to relevant business areas and management as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Proven track record of building client relationships and driving customer success

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$63,000, plus performance bonus eligibility.
