Sales Support Coordinator

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential UK-based organization seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis from South Africa. This is a permanent position working UK business hours from your home office.

You'll be the operational backbone of a sales team, managing the full cycle from enquiry through quotation to order fulfillment while maintaining data integrity across systems. This role suits someone who takes pride in making processes run smoothly and enjoys seeing their work directly impact revenue outcomes.

Working hours are 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST). You'll receive equipment guidance, a comprehensive induction, and access to management support throughout your workday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals to support the sales team's client engagement
• Process orders accurately and track progress through to delivery
• Maintain CRM records with complete accuracy and current information
• Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports for sales leadership
• Respond to inbound client queries and route them to appropriate team members
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain consistent client engagement rhythm

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Two or more years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Confident written English suitable for client-facing communication
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around pricing and order accuracy
• Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for UK business hours

Preferred:

• Experience with quoting or CPQ tools
• Exposure to B2B sales cycles
• Comfort with basic reporting in Excel

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: R29,000 - R32,000 per month
