About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Health System Sales Executive focused on patient engagement solutions. This role centers on strategic consultative selling to C-suite leaders at major health systems across the United States.

Our client provides integrated clinical workflow solutions that support electronic health record systems and deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations and their patients.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition including new logo deals and expansion sales within existing accounts
• Build and execute territory penetration strategies to grow portfolio revenue
• Collaborate with clinical solutions colleagues to develop comprehensive proposals
• Negotiate and close contracts with integrated delivery networks and health systems
• Maintain consistent prospecting activities to build a robust opportunity pipeline
• Engage C-suite healthcare executives in strategic discussions and partnership development

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in healthcare sales with direct experience involving electronic health record systems
• Demonstrated ability to sell technology solutions in complex B2B healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders
• Track record of new business development in similar markets
• Strong understanding of healthcare domains, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of regional and national healthcare groups, collaboration networks, and key decision-makers
• Experience conducting strategic consultative selling at the executive level
• Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently across a territory
