Skills & Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent clinical training that covers core ambulatory skills.
• Current knowledge of vital sign measurement, patient positioning, and basic diagnostic assistance used in heart and lung clinics.
• Ability to document clearly in electronic medical record systems and handle confidential patient information responsibly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and clinical staff in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with standard medical terminology related to cardiology and pulmonology visits.
• Organizational ability to prioritize multiple clinical and administrative tasks during a full-time schedule across Multiple locations.
