This opportunity centers on procedural care at Shea Medical Center, 9003 E Shea Blvd Scottsdale, AZ 85260, and aligned sites, serving patients who need endoscopic diagnostics and treatments.

What This Role Involves

As the RN Endoscopy - Shea with Honorhealth, you will focus on patient-centered nursing throughout the endoscopy process at our Multiple locations. The position combines clinical vigilance, technical assistance, and clear communication so every procedure runs safely and smoothly from arrival through recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, prepare, and educate patients before endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies
• Assist physicians and the care team during cases while continuously monitoring vital signs and patient status
• Administer ordered medications and respond promptly to any clinical changes
• Provide attentive post-procedure recovery care, pain management, and discharge teaching
• Maintain strict steril technique, infection-control protocols, and ready availability of endoscopy equipment
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to support efficient patient flow across Multiple locations

What We're Looking For

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Solid foundational skills in procedural or acute-care nursing that transfer to the endoscopy setting
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule supporting Honorhealth sites at Multiple locations including Shea Medical Center
