Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography equipment to acquire detailed cross-sectional images following established protocols
- Prepare patients properly, explain procedures in clear language, and position them accurately while monitoring comfort and safety throughout each study
- Select appropriate scan parameters, review images for diagnostic quality, and make necessary adjustments in real time
- Safeguard radiation protection practices for patients, self, and staff and maintain equipment readiness through routine checks
- Document examination details, enter data into electronic systems, and collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate timely interpretation
- Respond flexibly to workload demands and support patients of varying ages and clinical conditions across Multiple locations
