About This Position
As an ME Engineer at Continental in Shanghai, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components according to technical specifications and industry standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to drive continuous improvement
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases of product development
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports for design review and regulatory compliance
- Identify and resolve technical challenges through systematic problem-solving and root cause analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical design and engineering analysis
- Proficiency with CAD software and technical design tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to technical detail and quality
- Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
