About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll partner with both warehouse operations staff and our corporate team to ensure smooth, accurate processing of documentation and transactions. This is a full-time position in our Watterson Park location within Jefferson County.

What You'll Do

• Support invoicing workflows and documentation to maintain accurate records and timely billing
• Collaborate with warehouse operations team members to coordinate shipments and inventory tracking
• Process paperwork, orders, and communications between warehouse and corporate departments
• Maintain organized records and files following company standards
• Respond to inquiries and requests from warehouse staff and office personnel
• Assist with general clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
