Marketing Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $100/hr

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in PR and communications. This fully remote contract role focuses on creating realistic evaluation environments that help advance AI capabilities in corporate communications and public relations contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic task briefs based on authentic PR and communications scenarios, specifying planted issues and the decisions strong practitioners should reach
• Define required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for realistic task execution environments
• Write and review reference answers with clear criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-incorrect ones
• Evaluate AI agent attempts against professional standards you establish
• Assess AI-generated content in PR and communications domains to improve model outputs and training data quality
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in communications applications

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on practitioner experience in PR or corporate communications
• Comfort working across email, shared drives, and project tracking tools
• Strong written reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous remote environment

Preferred:

• Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
