Customer Success Manager, Corporate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential market intelligence technology company seeking a Customer Success Manager, Corporate to join their growing team in the USA. Our client provides sophisticated AI-powered research and insights platforms trusted by thousands of enterprise organizations globally.

In this role, you'll partner directly with corporate clients across diverse industries—including technology, consumer goods, energy, professional services, and life sciences—helping them maximize value from their platform investment. You'll support varied personas from Investor Relations to Corporate Strategy teams, making each day dynamic and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through virtual and in-person meetings, email, and direct outreach to drive platform adoption and identify valuable use cases
• Monitor usage patterns and deliver tailored strategies to optimize feature adoption and overcome barriers
• Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and best-practice implementation to establish strong foundations
• Partner with sales and account management teams to strengthen adoption, support renewals, and articulate competitive value
• Leverage analytics and feedback proactively to anticipate risks, celebrate wins, and strengthen ROI cases
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, collecting client insights and value stories to inform product strategy and priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer needs shape organizational direction

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
• Financial services experience is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes
• Comfort using data to inform decisions with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proactive, curious, and consultative approach; thrives in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating across functions
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
