About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential federal contracting firm seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications initiatives for government clients. This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States, contingent upon contract award. Our client values diverse perspectives and builds integrated marketing programs that serve communities nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach marketing and communications team members
- Direct marketing objectives, programs, and policies across client products and services
- Translate marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, and deliverables
- Execute market research, digital strategy, creative development, and communications planning
- Develop budgets, allocate resources, and build teams to execute marketing plans
- Review and edit strategic plans, creative briefs, client presentations, and written communications
- Deliver insights on emerging trends and digital/social strategies for multicultural and general market audiences
- Review creative concepts to ensure alignment with strategy and brand standards before client delivery
- Establish success metrics and KPIs, and facilitate reporting against campaign goals
- Build strong client relationships, ensure compliance with Scope of Work, and oversee project timelines and monthly reporting
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
- 3 years of experience managing advertising or marketing communications, including 2 years leading teams
- Verifiable agency experience with expertise in integrated communications, paid advertising, and brand development
- Strong time and budget management skills with ability to collaborate and set team direction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with data-driven platforms like Google Analytics
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, or hold an existing Public Trust or Security Clearance
- PMP certification and knowledge of federal government contracting highly desirable
