About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the communications sector, seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their remote-first technology team in Spain. Our client is building AI-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights, and this role will be instrumental in designing and maintaining end-to-end applications using modern web technologies.
This is a collaborative environment where technical excellence meets client engagement. You'll work on data-centric applications while having direct interaction with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with seamless front-end and back-end integration
- Create reusable UI components in React and scalable API endpoints with FastAPI
- Maintain high code quality through unit testing, end-to-end testing, and manual testing processes
- Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers, and account managers to deliver features aligned with business requirements
- Participate in technical and architectural decision-making to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, communicate progress, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Serve as a technical point of contact for client-facing engagements
- Document work thoroughly to support ongoing development and maintenance
What We're Looking For
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack web application development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Strong Python skills, particularly with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
- Familiarity with databases and ORMs including SQLAlchemy and Alembic
- Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Vite, and modern front-end tooling is advantageous
Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to work across distributed teams
- Proven experience in client-facing or client services roles
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
- Skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking approach
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in remote-first, collaborative environments
