About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Marketing Expert specializing in creator and influencer programs. This contract role is fully remote and focuses on designing realistic task environments and evaluation frameworks for AI model training.
Responsibilities
- Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on common issues and decisions that strong practitioners should navigate
- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution scenarios
- Write or review reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-incorrect ones
- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards
- Evaluate AI-generated marketing content to improve model outputs and decision-making processes
- Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs
- Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules
- Clear written reasoning skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
