Marketing Development Representative

This role offers hands-on experience with lead generation, demand creation, and cross-functional collaboration between marketing and revenue teams. You'll work with leads from multiple channels and help convert marketing interest into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify all marketing-sourced leads from campaigns across digital channels, tradeshows, webinars, conferences, and content syndication
• Execute nurture campaigns and outreach sequences for historic leads
• Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, providing feedback and recommendations to improve processes
• Develop deep product knowledge and articulate value propositions to potential customers
• Recommend and execute experiments to optimize go-to-market processes
• Act as an educator on product updates, content, and industry trends
• Adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth organization

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Prior work or internship experience in a sales or marketing role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-first mindset
• Highly organized, collaborative, metrics-oriented, and goal-driven approach
• Ability to work from the London office 3-5 days per week with flexibility options

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and/or Sales Navigator
• Background in technology or fast-paced startup environments
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales or marketing
