As we continue to invest in new product development and expand our capabilities, we're looking for a talented Marketing & Content Executive to help drive our brand narrative and engage our audiences. You'll be based in our Epsom, Surrey office, working within a supportive team environment as we grow our presence and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing and brand content across digital and traditional channels
• Develop campaign concepts and materials that reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications and marketing materials
• Research market trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
• Manage social media presence and engage with our community
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or brand communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for building brand presence and engaging audiences
• Experience in a B2B environment or recruitment sector is a plus
