About the Role

As a Microbiology Associate II, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of laboratory operations that support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Working in a quality-focused environment, you'll perform essential microbiological testing, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the broader laboratory team in delivering accurate, reliable results for our clients' critical needs.

Core Duties

• Conduct microbiological assays, culture preparations, and testing protocols according to established procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials to support ongoing operations
• Document test results, observations, and data with precision to maintain GMP compliance records
• Perform quality control checks and support validation initiatives to ensure laboratory accuracy
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines in a controlled laboratory setting

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a closely related discipline
• Hands-on experience with microbiological testing techniques and GMP laboratory practices
• Proficiency in sample preparation, culturing methods, and analysis procedures
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in data recording
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative work approach
