About the Role

This Class A CDL driving position is designed specifically for CDL-A graduates and newly licensed truck drivers ready to launch their career with an established transportation company. You'll operate a commercial truck on assigned routes, focusing on safe, reliable freight delivery across designated regional lanes. This role provides comprehensive on-the-job mentorship to help you gain real-world experience, build your logbook hours confidently, and develop the skills that professional carriers depend on.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial truck safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and document findings
• Deliver freight to assigned destinations on schedule and in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation in compliance with hours-of-service rules
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and road issues
• Participate in ongoing driver training and safety meetings to strengthen your skills

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct
• Ability to operate independently on the road while following company policies and DOT regulations
• Willingness to learn from experienced mentors and engage in continuous training
• Recent CDL graduate or newly licensed driver with fewer than two years of professional driving experience
