About the Role

This is a full-time position based at MSP Airport in Saint Paul, Ramsey County. As a Counter Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing the complete rental process and occasionally processing vehicle returns. You'll work in a dynamic airport environment, meeting customers face-to-face and ensuring each transaction reflects our commitment to excellence and operational precision.

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class customer service by greeting customers and processing rental agreements and vehicle returns
• Manage the complete rental transaction process while maintaining full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Process customer payments, verify documentation, and answer questions about rental terms and vehicle features
• Handle occasional vehicle returns, conducting inspections and processing return documentation accurately
• Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced airport counter environment
• Work collaboratively with the broader EDS Service Solutions team to support our car rental partners
