As a Manufacturing Recruiter at Jobot, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle within the manufacturing sector while working entirely remotely. Although this position is tied to our Boston, Suffolk County market, you will collaborate with clients and candidates from wherever you work best. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned agency recruiter who thrives on building relationships, closing placements, and shaping careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates into manufacturing and industrial roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake to offer acceptance
- Build lasting partnerships with hiring managers and client companies
- Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of active and passive talent
- Guide candidates through interviews, negotiations, and onboarding transitions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an agency recruiter, ideally within manufacturing or related industries
- A track record of meeting placement goals and driving results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and discipline to excel in a fully remote environment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting culture
