About the Role

As a Roving Personal Banker in Austin West, you'll work with individuals and families throughout your assigned district to understand their financial goals and connect them with the right banking solutions. You'll split your time between client meetings, office work, and community engagement to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across the Bee Cave territory.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home and in-office client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend personalized banking products
• Open new accounts, process applications, and onboard customers to Wells Fargo checking, savings, credit, and lending solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within your Austin West District territory
• Educate customers on Wells Fargo's full range of financial products and services tailored to their circumstances
• Meet quarterly sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining consistent service quality
• Ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations, lending laws, and company compliance standards
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in Wells Fargo banking systems
• Partner with local branch teams and district management to support regional objectives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or banking experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build trust with diverse client bases
• Sales experience or demonstrated track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your territory independently and organize your own schedule
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in solving financial problems
• Comfort with banking technology platforms and standard office software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for visiting clients throughout Travis County
• Willingness to obtain relevant banking licenses and certifications as required by Wells Fargo
