Manager, Talent Acquisition – Product and Engineering

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead their global Product and Engineering recruiting function. This is a player-coach role where you'll build and mentor a team of recruiting professionals while partnering directly with engineering leadership across multiple geographies. Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a global team of recruiters supporting Product and Engineering hiring needs across all levels and specializations
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to recruiting team members
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring roadmaps and develop global recruiting strategies
• Define team performance goals and recruiting metrics; lead recruiting managers to scale their teams effectively
• Champion process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and scalability on a global level
• Directly source hard-to-find technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing techniques
• Craft compelling email campaigns that highlight technical challenges and company culture to engage passive candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through strong written and verbal communication at every touchpoint
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years managing teams of recruiters and/or sourcers in a technical recruiting environment
• 7+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
• Proven track record managing global Product and Engineering recruitment teams
• Strong ability to assess technical talent and identify high-quality candidate pools
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with hybrid and distributed teams
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to operate with urgency
• Demonstrated success using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve engagement and efficiency
