Marketing & Automation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital services organization seeking a Marketing & Automation Specialist to join their team remotely from South Africa. This part-time, long-term role is ideal for a skilled professional who can own the digital marketing and automation side of the business, supporting internal operations across website management, campaign execution, and course development.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing strategy including campaign setup, asset preparation, and content coordination across multiple platforms
• Design and manage marketing materials such as graphics, landing pages, banners, and sales funnels
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot automation workflows using Zapier, CRM systems, and API integrations
• Develop and maintain website pages using Wix, including structure, internal linking, and performance optimization
• Implement basic SEO including meta tags, keyword optimization, and site speed improvements
• Transform raw content (video, audio, text) into structured online courses using platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific
• Create and organize learning materials including worksheets, quizzes, templates, and checklists
• Manage email marketing campaigns and build marketing pipelines
• Conduct keyword research and optimize digital assets for search visibility
• Coordinate with the team during PST hours for updates and communication

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with Wix website builder (required)
• Strong knowledge of Zapier and CRM automation tools
• Familiarity with course platform management (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar)
• Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Basic to intermediate video editing capabilities
• Funnel building and landing page optimization
• Basic SEO knowledge and implementation
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

Work Arrangement: Part-time with flexible hours. Must be available during PST working hours for team communication and coordination.
