HR Data Analyst – CDI (F/H/X)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an HR Data Analyst for a permanent position (CDI) in Saint-Denis, France. Our client is a well-established European digital retail company looking for a data-driven professional to join their Compensation & Benefits team within the Human Resources department.

This role offers the opportunity to work with complex HR data systems, produce strategic reporting, and contribute to HR decision-making through meaningful data analysis. You'll be working in a dynamic international environment where your analytical skills will directly support workforce management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce mandatory legal reports including social balance sheets, annual negotiation documentation, gender equality reports and indices, CSR reports, and economic and social database updates
• Create presentations and reports for employee representatives in collaboration with the Employee Relations team
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs and reports that support strategic decision-making, including monthly headcount analysis, turnover analysis, and absenteeism tracking
• Provide meaningful interpretation and context to HR data, not just raw numbers
• Manage and complete quarterly and annual surveys (ACEMO, ECMOSS, PIPA, BMO)
• Ensure data integrity and consistency within the global HRIS (Workday)
• Lead the transition toward AI-integrated solutions for data production and reporting
• Propose new indicators and innovative reporting formats to enhance HR analytics
• Collaborate with the HRIS team on continuous improvement of data integration and quality control processes

What We're Looking For

• Higher education degree in HR, Finance, Business, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR reporting or social controlling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and extract actionable insights
• Genuine interest in HR topics and a strong sense of confidentiality
• Curious, motivated, and rigorous approach with excellent prioritization skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
• Comfort working in complex, demanding environments with multiple challenges
• Advanced Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts)
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence with a desire to develop expertise in this area
• Operational command of English is essential
