Stage – Chargé(e) de Communication Interne & Projets Collaborateurs / Engagement – H/F/X (octobre 2026)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern to join their team in Saint-Denis. Working closely with a project lead, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of internal communications focused on employee-facing initiatives while supporting the coordination of internal events and engagement programs.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee-focused internal communications: Structure and support communication needs for internal programs, key announcements, and employee initiatives. Collect requirements from stakeholders across People teams, learning & development, and engagement functions.
• Content creation and distribution: Write and publish content across internal channels including emails, messaging platforms, intranet articles, and digital signage. Ensure editorial consistency and adapt formats to different audiences.
• Cross-functional project coordination: Participate in planning and executing internal initiatives related to corporate social responsibility, HR calendar events, awareness campaigns, and engagement programs. Manage operational aspects including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and logistics.
• Visual content design: Create varied visual materials such as infographics, screen graphics, banners, mini-guides, and intranet elements. Adapt messaging into appropriate visual formats while maintaining brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Communications, HR, Business School, or equivalent who will be available for an internship starting October 2026.

Essential qualifications:

• Strong interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and people-focused initiatives (HR development, inclusion, organizational culture)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics clearly
• Strong proficiency with Canva and/or desktop publishing tools
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and ability to work autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating across functions, gathering requirements, and collaborating with diverse teams
• Creative mindset with curiosity and comfort using digital tools
• Fluent English required

Pay
