Manager, Enterprise Partnerships – Financial Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital commerce organization in their search for a Manager, Enterprise Partnerships with focus on Financial Services. This role sits at the enterprise level and drives high-impact partnerships across loyalty programs, financial services, and payments ecosystems. You'll be the operational backbone that transforms partnership concepts into launched programs, working across multiple business units in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

This is an onsite position in the USA, requiring four days per week in office.

Responsibilities

You will manage business development operations and partnership execution across several key areas:

• Manage the enterprise partnerships pipeline across loyalty, payments, and financial services, including opportunity tracking, stage gating, and prioritization
• Support business case development for new partnerships, analyzing economics, customer value, partner value exchange, and operational feasibility
• Own project management for new partnership launches, coordinating across product, legal, finance, risk, loyalty, and marketing teams
• Operationalize complex partnerships in a multi-business unit environment, ensuring alignment and clear ownership across teams
• Support ongoing partner management post-launch, including performance tracking and issue resolution
• Develop sales and pitch materials for prospective partners, including presentations, operating models, and value propositions
• Participate in partner meetings and pitches, presenting on partnership structure, loyalty mechanics, and operational approaches
• Support negotiation and deal structuring alongside senior business development leaders
• Translate partner needs into clear internal requirements and execution plans

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy and operations, fintech, payments, loyalty, or a related field
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, including earn/burn mechanics, currency conversion, and coalition-style partnerships
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem from a merchant perspective, including transaction flows across wallets, networks, issuers, processors, and platforms
• Experience supporting or executing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and long timelines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and communicate clear, ROI-driven business cases
• Highly organized and execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Clear communicator who can distill complex concepts for both internal and external audiences
• Adaptable mindset with intellectual curiosity and willingness to handle diverse responsibilities
• Enthusiasm for the sports and commerce industry

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $138,000–$168,000 USD base salary. This represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation that may be part of the total package.
