Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pest management organization seeking a qualified pest control technician for the Frankfurt am Main area. In this role, you will independently manage an established customer base, focusing on modern service delivery rather than traditional extermination methods.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients across multiple industries
• Installing, monitoring, and maintaining digital pest control and prevention systems for rodents, bed bugs, cockroaches, and other common pests
• Conducting scheduled pest inspections at contract client locations and completing digital documentation
• Implementing poison-free, technology-based solutions as the primary approach
• Occasionally performing bird deterrent installations, cleaning, and disinfection services

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• IHK certification as a pest control specialist (Fachkraft für Schädlingsbekämpfung)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation
• Professional demeanor and polite interaction style
• Excellent German language proficiency in speaking and writing (minimum B2 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license

Our client offers comprehensive paid training before you begin, along with supervised field experience alongside senior technicians. Once onboarded, you'll work with significant autonomy managing your territory.

Pay

This position offers a monthly salary range of €2,700 to €3,600 depending on experience and qualifications, plus a company vehicle for private use including fuel card. Additional benefits include holiday pay, expense reimbursement, mobile phone and tablet (also for personal use), and wealth-building contributions. The role is a permanent, full-time position.
