Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Danish-speaking graduate for a 4-month paid management program in London. In this role, you will contribute to building and scaling business operations across multiple high-impact projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and initial screening conversations
• Building relationships with senior industry professionals and C-level executives
• Developing and managing social media content and marketing strategy implementation
• Conducting data analysis, extracting relevant information, and presenting findings
• Taking ownership of cross-functional projects that accelerate business growth

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks graduates with exceptional drive and work ethic who thrive in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion with strong academic results
• Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular leadership activities
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach with ability to follow through on commitments
• Willingness to work full-time in-office (Monday-Friday) near Victoria station in London

This 4-month program begins in January 2024 and offers potential for permanent employment upon successful completion. Candidates will gain hands-on experience, direct mentorship from leadership, and responsibility for meaningful projects.
