Join Camp Cold Springs as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Leakey, Real County, where you'll keep our facilities running smoothly and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, well-maintained retreat. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily operations of our RV resort and cabin accommodations.
About the Role
As Maintenance Technician at Camp Cold Springs, you'll perform routine and preventative maintenance across our resort facilities, respond promptly to guest service requests, and execute repairs that keep our grounds and structures in excellent condition. You'll work directly with management and guests to address maintenance needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain the safety standards that define our operation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on RV facilities, cabins, equipment, and common areas
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and work orders
- Ensure all facilities meet safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Perform grounds maintenance and seasonal upkeep tasks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related skilled trade
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-conscious approach to all tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
