Join Jacam Catalyst Careers as an Area Manager in Appleton, Mesa County. We're seeking an accomplished operations leader to drive regional growth, manage unit performance, and deliver outstanding results to our customers and Account Managers.
About the Role
This full-time position puts you at the center of our area operations, where you'll oversee financial performance, develop strategic business initiatives, and ensure your team consistently exceeds performance targets. You'll partner closely with Account Managers and work across the organization to support both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Spot and evaluate new business development opportunities across your region
- Analyze financial statements and operational data to understand unit performance and conduct cost-benefit assessments that inform strategy
- Evaluate the business and strategic implications of key decisions and recommend courses of action
- Communicate water and well analysis insights to Account Managers, equipping them to serve clients more effectively
- Shape customer service standards and practices that strengthen client relationships and retention
- Monitor regional KPIs and take ownership of corrective actions to maintain performance
- Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with company values and goals
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing an area, region, or operational unit
- Solid understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and performance metrics
- Ability to explain technical or complex concepts to colleagues and clients
- Track record of identifying market opportunities and delivering measurable growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to team development
- Background in water services, well operations, or related technical industries is valued
