Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician with Wynd, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run without interruption. In this full-time position based in the Williamsburg area, you'll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems. You'll work independently and collaboratively to prevent equipment failures, respond to maintenance emergencies, and maintain industry safety standards. Core Duties

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar technical role

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Relevant certifications (such as EPA, electrical, or HVAC) are a plus
