Key Responsibilities
- Direct nursing assistants and coordinate care plans as the LPN Charge Nurse during FT Evening/Night Shifts.

- Record observations, treatments, and communications thoroughly in medical charts.
- Respond to urgent situations and ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate with physicians and other providers while representing Sasllc at Hartwell Health & Rehab - Hartwell, GA 30643.
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and promote efficient operations through the night.
Who We're Looking For
- A current and unrestricted LPN license that allows practice in Georgia.
- Experience in charge nurse duties or leadership within nursing environments.
