What You'll Do

- Coach CNAs and peer LPNs to meet care-plan goals
- Respond to urgent situations and help keep the unit organized and compliant
- Collaborate with the broader team to support smooth handoffs between day and night coverage
Skills & Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure and eligibility to practice
- Demonstrated charge or lead experience preferred for the LPN Charge Nurse - FT Day & Night Shift level
- Solid clinical judgment and familiar knowledge of standard nursing procedures
- Clear verbal and written communication for team and documentation needs
- Reliability to work full-time schedules that include both day and night shifts
- Calm, organized approach under typical unit pressure
