What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to integrate mental and physical care
• Manage your caseload while coordinating insurance and billing to ensure continuity of care
• Support clients in achieving their mental health goals and building long-term resilience

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Texas
• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related mental health field
• Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy settings
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to collaborative, integrated care models
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication abilities
• Genuine passion for expanding access to quality mental healthcare
