What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, assessment interviews, and treatment planning with diverse clients
• Develop and implement personalized clinical treatment plans aligned with each client's goals
• Document sessions, progress notes, and clinical observations in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Maintain appropriate clinical boundaries and ethical practices in a teletherapy setting
• Collaborate with the clinical team and other healthcare providers when appropriate for integrated care
• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Current, active license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent in Connecticut
• Demonstrated clinical experience working with individual clients in mental health settings
• Strong ability to build therapeutic rapport and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Proficiency with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms
• Commitment to cultural competence and serving diverse client populations
• Reliability, professional communication skills, and self-direction in managing part-time caseload
