LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. As a Marriage and Family Therapist on our team, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across diverse presenting concerns
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in full compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Work within a flexible schedule designed to support sustainable clinical practice

What We're Looking For

• Valid, unrestricted Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health discipline
• Demonstrated passion for high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
• Strong assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with patients and care team members
• Commitment to professional growth, evidence-based practice, and ethical clinical work
