LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Crooked Lake, Livingston County. We're seeking qualified clinicians—LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT licensed—to deliver evidence-based mental healthcare in an integrated primary and behavioral health setting.

About the Role

As an Outpatient Licensed Therapist at LifeStance Health in Crooked Lake, you'll provide direct clinical services in an environment where mental and physical wellness support each other. This full-time position places you within an interdisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatrists, and care coordinators committed to comprehensive patient outcomes. You'll develop therapeutic relationships, adapt treatment to individual needs, and be part of a clinical culture centered on healing and recovery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient histories and presenting mental health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to patients across the lifespan
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes with precision and timeliness
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment and share clinical observations
• Track patient progress, refine treatment strategies as indicated, and monitor clinical outcomes
• Participate in clinical peer consultation and quality improvement activities

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT
• Demonstrated experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Competency with evidence-based clinical approaches and treatment modalities
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive clinical practice
• Ability to thrive in a team-based integrated care model
